Stars & Stripes is a triangular shawl worked top down in garter stitch and 2 different lace patterns, eyelet and a star pattern using sport weight yarn. I always find patterns that alternate between patterns to be very meditative, and Stars & Stripes certainly fits that bill. I also want to support the United States of America and all of the freedoms and rights that we are so fortunate to enjoy.
